Avanto is now an exclusive venue for weddings and special events, a modern beach club / restaurant venue, with garden, pool area and sun kissed terraces over looking the sea! An excellent dining experience in a stunning, classy venue, plus the ability to party till up to 3-30am, as this venue has a license to do so! Stunning views over the Mediterranean coast line make the perfect backdrop for your wedding and your ceremony can be in the garden right by the side of the pool, or even on the beach! Avanto is located in La Cala del Mijas, just 25 minutes from Malaga airport and 15 minutes from Marbella, right near El Oceano, there are many good hotels very near by, this makes it easy to accommodate your guests. Food quality at Avanto is very good and they offer a wide range of menus and options, from a full seated gourmet menu to buffet style "stations", which provide a nice variety of flavors for your guests.

UPDATE As of Feb 2019: This venue is discontinued, we are awaiting news of possible new managers / owners. We do not know if this will be a wedding venue after the transition, we hope so, as it's been fabulous!. Marbella Bride will publish any updated news when we know more.

Mark, Thank you so much for making the 21st September 2018 such an amazing day for Alban & I, far beyond our expectations. We first met Mark in June 2017 and from day 1 he went above and beyond the call of duty for us. Mark listened to us, got to know us and found the perfect reception venue for us (Avanto), that suited us down to the ground. Not only that, Mark worked tirelessly to ensure that we got married in the church of our dreams in Fuengirola.  Mark was always free to take calls, txt messages and emails and more often than not, it was Mark that was pushing us to keep things on track. With his parter Lorraine, Mark runs a professional business, nothing but the best and never cutting corners. The suppliers Mark works with are like minded and i want to pay special thanks Shona Stevenson and her daughter Shelly Stevenson for the beautiful flowers at the church and reception.  Despite their incredible personal loss, these talented women made sure our day would be beautifully decorated, go raibh mile agat for that. To Marks translator Luka, Dj Sam, the wonderful Sax & Violin duo and Laura Elen Singer beautiful church music - thank you all so much for playing pivotal roles on our day. And to our celebrant Fr. Des Walsh - míle buíochas duit
